Kimberly Carroll is the President of Innovative Concrete Systems. She has over 18 years experience in the diamond grinding, honing and polishing industry. Kimberly started off in the natural stone industry where she successfully operated an international natural stone restoration franchise company. She has experience not only at a corporate level, but also in marketing, business and technical training for several industry franchisors.
Chris Carroll is the artist behind the innovative and original designs of Innovative Concrete Systems. He has over 15 years within the painting and remodeling industry. In 2001, he began his natural stone and decorative concrete experience. He was the first to bring bendable concrete and glow in the dark concrete to the Arkansas marketplace. His amazing designs with concrete have won him several awards within the industry, such as "Best Residence Bath Design", "Top 5 Countertops Projects of 2009" and runner up for "Best Freestyle/Art".
Kathleen Hackenberg is our General Manger and Chief Estimator. Kathleen has over 17 years in the construction industry with experience as an Estimator, Project Manager and Job Cost Accountant. She transferred from Texas in 2010 to join the ICS team and has taken on many roles within our company. Her experience, leadership and organizational skills have facilitated ICS to grow and expand to where it is today.
